We are a gym/supplement store and church that specializes in personal training, organic supplements, and 24 hour gym memberships. We offer a wide range of training including kickboxing, boxing, weight training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, agility/sports training, circuit training, HIIT, and Spiritual equipping. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.
We are also a ministry that believes in the whole restoration of the body- mind, body and spirit. We hold Sunday services in the gym and gather together just as the chuch did in the Book of Acts.
We are an ESA Vendor and work with children and families in the ESA community offering physical education services through a wide range of exercises, education and more!
We personalize in personal training and have experience working with a wide demographic of people ranging from the youth, families, to the elderly. We are certified in nutrition health with knowledge in how to maximize the most of your health and wellness goal through both diet and exercise. We offer Nutritional Consultations along with nutritional plans designed to meet any one of our clients goals.
Our trainers are certified and take your fitness goals seriously each with a passion to see their clients succeed in their goals.
